Came here for a sweet treat after dinner and it did not disappoint!!! It was late on a Saturday night and the place was packed. Line went by fast and desserts came out quick. We tried the ice cream sundae, the dipped chocolate chip cookie, the NY cheesecake and wow everything was a 10/10. Can't wait to come back and try more items. The cheesecake was the best thing we tried. Lots of seating inside and some outside tables as well!!! The dessert menu is huge so excited to try more.

My last several visits with several of my favorite cakes here were moist, rich, buttery, well-proportioned in cake to icing ratio, sweet and very delicious. These cakes were the Jennifer's, Mom's, Diner, Marble and Strawberry Dream Cakes as well as a Fudge Chocolate Chip Cookie being great in the right ways too. Very good and friendly service as well.

Instructions were given to me to promptly stop in here and pick up a cake for a surprise birthday party. I recall navigating through the pouring rain to get here and somehow finding a parking spot directly in front of the establishment. Must be the sugar gods/goddesses being somewhat gentle. I expected this to be a simple bakery with a display doing phone/internet orders for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised seeing there is seating here and they serve desserts to order that includes slices of pie, cookies, cupcakes, ice cream, frozen dessert drinks, coffee, and coffee drinks. And of course cake slices. The cakes and pies are pricy ranging from $9.95 - $12.95 per slice (WHAT!?). While this can be a turnoff, the slices/slabs displayed in the display case do look so tempting. I almost decided to order one for myself but reminded myself that I had a job to do and there would be plenty of cake for me at the birthday party. Now for the cake itself, it was a giant sheet cake of lemon blueberry which was a favorite of the party hosts. It suddenly hit me that my girlfriend got me the exact same cake in 9 inch format for my birthday. And how much I loved it! Now I see where my gf and her family get their desserts! The cake fed about 20 of us at the party with leftovers and everyone devoured it. That blueberry frosting mixed with the lemon fluffiness of the cake was straight up what cake is made of. Glad to know that cake is here and we'll be ordering more desserts/cakes in the future for events. May also bring my gf here for post date night to satisfy our sweet tooth!

I was going to a birthday party in Houston and I was in charge of getting the cake. I read lots of great bakery reviews (shout out to Cynthia J for her comprehensive analysis of so many great bakeries) so when my friend's husband suggested a cake from here, I knew it would be good and we were not disappointed. We ordered a Toffee-licious cake and it was amazing. The cake itself was excellent and I could have just eaten that without the frosting. The frosting was thick and sweet, so much so that I almost couldn't eat it all but I did. Everyone loved it. The pickup experience was great and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Obsessed with 2 things here: Monkey bars- it's like crack. Be warned they are super sweet so sometimes a half may suffice but if you're feeling greedy a whole may not be enough. Love the Oreo cookie crust on these. Decadence to the max. Big O- best combo of chocolate cake, milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse topped with a chocolate ganache. I usually get a slice and eat it over a few sittings- good to share as well. Again- very decadent. But SO delicious. I've been coming here for years for these 2. That is all.

This bakery is amazing! Their service and environment along with the staff's energy will definitely keep you coming back! The desserts are Amazing!! The pecan bars are the best anywhere...hands down!!

***Updated: First off I love how responsive the business owner is and I really appreciated her taking matters into her own hands to rectify things. It will always warm my heart to see businesses who still pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Ran it back to dessert gallery for round 2 and had undoubtedly a 5/5 experience. The first major change was the portion sizes of the pieces of cake on the second visit. Definitely felt more well worth the pay than the initial visit. I tried new flavors and every single piece of cake was moist and delicious. Though initially skeptical I did try the butter pecan cake (again) and I was so happy I did because it was indeed moist this second go around. Ugh dessert gallery you seriously will always have this sweet tooth's heart see you again soon

The Dessert Gallery is always a good pop in and pop out bakery. My favorite dessert to get would 100% be the monkey bars. The mixture of gooey coconut, with chocolate chips and graham cracker crust just blows my mind every time I take a bite. Being a huge fan of German chocolate desserts --this feels like a bar equivalent. The staff members are okay. They take my order, give me my items and that's all--which there is nothing wrong with! The inside is simple, but is always clean when I go in. Sometimes I go here and they are slammed pack and other times like yesterday, I was able to walk in and out without hardly any wait time. Definitely visit here, they have an amazing assortment of desserts that should cater to every sweet tooth need!

Food 5/5: got the big O and tried their truffles. Highly recommend both they were amazing. Ambiance 4/5: really cool for a cake cafe, nice elevated area to sit in with cushions and pillows. Docked the point because a lot of the tables had crumbs and such on them Service NA: counter service, not much to say Value 3.5/5: good quality, for a premium, you get what you pay for but wouldn't say amazing value or anything Overall 4.3/5: would come back just for how good the cake is. Fair price and pretty good ambiance overall. Parking: plaza parking lot

Dessert gallery literally gives you that kid in a candy shop feeling. Whether it's eating there or taking something to-go, the quality never fails. I'm always surprised how quickly the constantly long line moves every time I visit. When I dine in, I love sitting in the upper deck part of the restaurant. It feels cozy and affords privacy even when the place is bustling. Being a chocolate lover, I always get some chocolate cake, my favorite being the diner cake- which is actually yellow cake with the best chocolate frosting. The brownie sundae, tres leches and dipped cookies are delicious as well!
